You must submit one of the following documents:
1. Your Vessel Trip Reports (VTRs) data for the relevant years or
2. Documentation that you have authorized NMFS to release your VTR data to the TAP for NMFS footprint in Revolution Wind leased area.
You may also submit:
1. Documentation that you have authorized NMFS to release vessel monitoring system (VMS) or observer program data relevant to your vessel
2. Other detailed electronic information (e.g., chart plotter data) documenting effort within the Revolution Wind Project Area
3. USCC AIS tracking data for approal
If you do not file VTRs with NMFS, you must submit one of the following documents:
1. Rhode Island trip level reporting data, whether filed electronically (through the Standard Atlantic Fisheries Information System, SAFIS) or via paper; or
2. Documentation that you have authorized RIDEM to release your trip level reporting data
Please make sure you include your LOCATION of impact. We have included the chart on the front page of the website as a reference.

Fishing effort history, plus other fishing documentation is required for all three years (2021, 2022, 2023) prior to construction.
